Welcome!
Welcome to the WVU P.I. Reed School of Journalism Alumni Association! We are glad you stopped by for a visit. Whether you are a current student, a recent graduate or a long-time friend or alumnus of the School, please take this opportunity to read more about the association and its members and events.
What Is the Association?
The WVU P.I. Reed School of Journalism’s Alumni Association was created in 1999 as a guiding resource for fundraising initiatives and communication efforts. Its primary function is to support and advance the school in its many endeavors.
The association exists to promote the interest of the school and of West Virginia University by raising money for association events as well as contributions to the WVU School of Journalism Alumni Association Endowment. Funds such as these help to support the school and achieve the mission of the association.
As an educational and social organization, the association encourages fellowship and long-lasting relationships among current students, recent graduates, alumni and friends of the school through networking opportunities and disseminating information regarding association news, events and awards.
